Fuck the gad damn snow already!!! More coming next week too!! WTF!! :vash:

Yesterday I had our place to deal with, then today I had to go to my parents house and finish what my ****** brother couldn't handle.

Normally I'm either driving the miata through the winter or its inside the shop. This year that's not the case so its just sitting outside in the elements. Cleaning it off today brought a tear to my eye.

1st 9 pics are @ my parents, the other 4 is at our place. We only got about 18-19 inches VS the 2' Danbury got.

Honestly, I would have probably left the car under the snow as a natural car cover to protect it from further storms. At least your shit doesn't have a 3/4" layer of ice on top of it like the shit here did.

I want some fucking snow down here.

I once read how dangerous snowblowers can be and I was thankful I lived in Florida.

You want to track a turbo Miata, and your scared of a snow blower? Nut it up man, my 6 year old rides on top when I'm blowing the driveway.

Just jk, like everything else it's a game of weighing the pro's and con's. Once you shovel 7000lbs of snow in a day it's an easy decision.

Go buy a good snowblower... /thread

I shoveled and had crappy blower for the last 3 years... Just spent $1500 on a new Ariens blower and haven't looked back. Busted my first shear pin on it yesterday, I feel like a man now.

I will get a picture of my snowblower sunday.

6 foot wide with a 40horse deisel engine.

driveway still takes ~30 mins to blow when its loaded up.

Yeah I agree that I could use some machinery to help me the fuck out. For our place we were thinking about getting one, but I really need to talk my parents into getting one first. My dad was just laid out in the hospital with major back surgery and shouldn't even be thinking about shoveling a inch of snow. That's really why I went to take care of it, knowing that if I didnt he would try on his own.

When I lived at the farm one of my jobs was to clear all the snow from the mile long driveway, horse barn, paddocks, other animal areas, etc. They bought a brand new Polaris ranger with an enclosed capsule and a plow. That shit was so much fun. During a snow storm I would be running that thing for hours on end until it started to overheat, give it a little break and then go right back to it. Sometimes I would fire up the bucket loader when it was really starting to pile up, that was even more fun. lol

I'm too poor for a snowblower this winter, so I've been shoveling my 100' long and 20' wide driveway by hand. I think I am going to look like the hulk by spring. I hear we're getting more snow tonight too!

Dude bro.....What the fuck is snow?
JK
In January 2007 they closed the schools because it "dumped" 1/2" of snow here in Tucson.......

I looked at the leaves outside. In the sun.

Here it will be low 70's on monday. Tomorrow is only 58.

Snow is great and was job security for me for over 10 yrs. while working at Copper Mtn. But alot at one time is not fun. Colorado has a very unstable snowpack, much less trying to deal with 6 ft. in two days we once had in '95. I don't wish that on anyone.
