lots of twitching on the floor. mother effer. now I dont feel quite so cool for having dislocated my fingers and re-setting them myself. I didn't drop a huge weight on my shoulder either.

I did not choose to watch, as I did this myself when in middle school....(not by lifting weights, but playing football).
Hit with helmet in elbow with arm planted on ground, bent elbow 28 degrees opposite direction and broke in two places. I know that **** hurts.....ugh!
