I caught it 1/2 way through on the TV, so I youtubed it thinking it was a Viagara like substance. However, it appears to be some sort of ***** pump. Covered by Medicare?? I don't know about you, but if me and my wife are ready to get down; I don't want to be like, "hang on...I gotta pump it up first".
