My current, active paypal account got limited. Why? Because they linked it with my old account from 3 or 4 years ago. There hasn't been any activity on that account in 3 years. It has 37 cents in it.

And now I have to cancel the > 2,000 dollars in ebay auctions I have going on right now, wait 45 ******* days to get my money into the bank account and I can't do jack **** about it.

I really wish there was a ******* alternative to paypal, but it's really out on it's own.

I was ripped off by PayPal and some dude in Florida when I sold my first BEGi turbo kit. My partial refund ($200) bounced because PayPal tried to access my OLD bank account. So, guy in Florida filed a dispute for not getting a refund. I called PayPal multiple times trying to arrange for refund to be sent through a correct bank account but they told me that the only thing they can do is refund the buyer in FULL (which they actually did few days later; ) full amount being MORE THEN TWO AND A HALF ******* THOUSAND. So, the guy got a free turbo kit... I actually arranged with him that he will send the payment again minus what I needed to refund but he told me to **** myself right after he got his money back from PayPal.

if someone was smart they'd make a system exactly like paypal but that does no "mediation" and only have a flat fee per transaction.

or if banks were just smart enough to evolve to support online transactions.

PayPal is about as bad as I could imagine a company of that size being. It's like they make **** so complicated just so you **** up and they can in return **** you every chance they get. For a transaction here or there, it's not too bad, but god forbid you make several a week, or even day. they have a monopoly and need an alternative to step up and kick them in the nuts.

Well not a true monopoly, but in the sense that they are the only ones doing it, they do. There is no one else to go to for that kind of service, and that SUCKS!

I've been using my bank's online "bill pay" to pay people. Bank cuts them a check and mails it for free.

Yeah thats exactly what happened and you are the best shipper on the planet.

I was that buyer and its called paypal buyer protection for this reason. I paid in full and you didnt hold your end of the deal. You didnt ship a bov, intercooler, or the mspnp. I offered to settle for a $500 difference (even though I shouldve asked for more) and thats what bounced. Then because of that paypal refunded me the maximum allowed by their rules.

Because of this transaction I closed my ebay and paypal accounts. I would suggest anyone to do the same. It is a shady business and they have all the power and you have none.

I bought from others on here at the same time and had no issues and really wish this never happened because I dont want this kind of reputation on here. But after my transaction with you I see that you still did the same thing to others later.

I must be the only one who never had problems with paypal. I really think it's one of the better inventions of our generation.

So you kept ALL the money. Instead of sending what you owed on at least some of what you got?

A one sided solution is never a good thing. In the end, you look like the ********.

Well lets do a poll on here of how many people had trouble with dealing with Urbansoot or me.

Either way this happened well over a year ago and it took months to get the parts I did get and months to get the refund.

Every body can have their opinion but this deal has been over and done a long time ago. Just wanted to represent my side and if you had sent $2500 you wouldve done the same. I didnt publicly trash him and I am done with this ordeal.
