Man, it may have been me that had it closed. I said something to the effect that you didn't need to be banned, and i was going to buy something from max, then add a viper to the notes, then cry and display my lack of intelligence to the entire clubrice.net community when he didn't comply.

I'll donate up to 7 dollars in gas money. I want you to confront this bitch face to face.

What a clusterfuck. Keep in mind this isn't an endemic CR thing, this is just Max being uncharacteristically retarded. He's usually a good enough guy.

It is obnoxious when Woolery moderates the **** out of threads to make sure nobody's feelings get hurt, though.

Yes, it is. Leatherface and I both got scammed by CR members. I got taken twice. It's a mindset that prevails over there.

Sadly, all that would do is give 18psi some jail time over something Paypal will laugh at.

It's an issue that arises on any large forum where a large volume of transactions are happening. Cover your *** like you would anywhere else, caveat emptor, etc. It's not even the forum's job to make sure everything goes smoothly, but CR has made provisions for "transaction resolution" to keep buyers and sellers kosher.

I've done plenty of business on CR and it's all gone swimmingly.

Pure insanity. Gah. CR needs some sort of real classified system and feedback system in a bad way.

And some places are easier to scam on than others.

After you warned us to be civil, there was not a single foul word that was posted. I am not looking to stir **** up over there, just trying to not let this ******* get away with taking people's money just cause he can't afford the ticket he just got. I take pride in my buying/selling feedback on every forum. When someone calls me a scammer when they were teh ones trying to steal MY money it hits a nerve. A really big one

I have no Idea why Woolery decided to still go ahead and butcher every post

That makes for a dramatic story, but I honestly believe (and maybe this is me being naive) that he's not out to scam you, but he just refuses to admit he was a dumbass in interpreting the ad and he's defending himself at your expense.

In my PM to him, he said people went back to uncivil attacks.

Again, Paypal is going to laugh at him as they deny his claim.

That may be.
I'm not losing money over it though.
Or letting him ruin my flawless buyer/seller reputation.

Because Woolery is a bitch. He didnt like it much when that douchebag Airbinshire got put out, chewed-up, and spit out. Which by the way is another ************ that wanted to give someone a bad rep, and stif **** up, even though there were no issues with his transaction nor the products he received.

I still have his pm where he SPECIFICALLY mentions sending me money for the manifold/downpipe/and brace.

Thruoghout the 10 or so pm's that we've exchanged while he was trying to lowball me, we must have listed the items for sale at least 8 times. NOT A SINGLE ONE of the pm's comfirming price and items mentions ANYTHING about heat shields or intake. Neither does ANY PART OF THE classified ad.

My question is this: even if he's THAT STUPID to think that "everything in the picture is included"

WHERE IN THE **** does he get intake + filter from? Its not even in that shopping cart pic. It literally doesn't exist.
Also WHERE IN THE **** does he get the 500 dollar price tag?
