Figure out how to call yourself a female-veteran-native american-owned contracting firm, and you can find yourself with millions you can use to pay white males to do what they would normally be doing for half that price. (the other half goes to you!)
If the government likes set-asides to keep things fair and honest, why should we complain about a private business doing the same?
