Yeah, hope it was staged. But even if it was staged, there's nothing in the video to indicate that, and it will inevitably be used as ammo.

Isn't the roof a public space? I assume because she's on it and "not trespassing" is she wants the video in court. If she's topless on the roof, public space, isn't she violating the law herself. Girl on roof and drone isn't that different then girl in yard and walking by. Who's to keep people from coming on the roof as she did and seeing some boob? What does the drone matter?

And that's the difference between Paper Law and Practical Law.

It doesn't matter whether the girl had a reasonable expectation of privacy when things like this get dragged into the Court of Public Opinion. All lawmakers will hear are the news and their constituents crying about invasion of privacy, spying, and other abuses of technology.
