****, 20 years ago it was damn near impossible to make a Mac communicate with another device which was engineered on the same planet, during the same decade, by people who speak the same language.

My wife has some old mac floppies with email from days of yore. We have no way to retreive the data because of the formatting of the disks. I think they're 800k and nobody has that now.

Was that part of Atari's "BASIC PROGRAMMING" cartridge? I never saw one in person. It looks like the most awful user interface imaginable.
This one is probably slightly less bad, though I still find the idea of trying to make the VCS compete with something like a VIC 20 or a TI-99/4A to be hilarious.
