Christ. Good video showing the dangers of doing that on busy public roads.
Speaking of public streets, which this was not done on...

Fortunately no loss of control occurred and the videographer is still alive.

Antilag video, which is also at the end of the first video:

TurboTim - I've never heard a demonstration of making an inline 4 sound like a boxer 4 by using unequal length manifolds...... until now. That sounds eerily like an Impreza. Mind blown.

It does have that rumble when taped from behind, i'll try to redo the video with more shots from the back. I never actually heard my car from outside until now! This was sorta a spur of the moment thing, we were out and had the camera.

This manifold.
This didn't have the low rpm spool of my BEGI/FM replacement tubular mani's that I've run in the past but pulls like a freight train up top.

I guess the entire drivetrain will all be for sale eventually. I only have so much storage space w/o a basement. That mani needs a built engine and huge turbo to be shine though. If I had ***** I would put Lar's old "2871" chinacharger on there but i'd hate to pop something in the drivetrain when there's some sort of value to it for resale.

ACL surgery and a faulty ice machine have lead to intense knee bruising.

Got our $1.02 check today. Wonder what I bought to initiate the "refund"?

FWIW, the other day (well, probably a year ago) I got something in the mail about a class action on small tractor engines. I guess my purchase of a JD L110 a while back put me on the list:

Well, I can only tell you that in theory if you put 8 fictitious tractors on the lawsuit paperwork you might get a nice check (say in the $200 range) a few months later. In theory...

After thinking about it for the past two weeks I finally talked to the guy about the price. They want $55K which is out of my price range for a toy. Still, would be an interesting car to have. The guy who discovered the car spent 10 years looking for it and created a documentary film about the search.
