I'm studying in Denmark right now. And since almost all engine mods are forbidden they just change the exteriors and sound systems. And some just make stuff weird.

So, engine modifications are illegal, but it's perfectly acceptable to chop two cars in half and attach both of the front ends to together back-to-back?

Sidebar: Unless the owner of that thing figured out how to rig it for selective four-wheel steering, I can't even imagine what the turning-circle on that must be.
