That Wal-Mart Warrior woman mad all the right decisions... till she jumped on the hood of the car owned by three males in their prime and obviously not concerned with the law or others. **** I probably wouldn't have done more than write down their plate and I carry a gun!

Yeah. It's for life threatening instances only. And from what I've read, you would almost rather be dead than pull out a gun to defend yourself. The legal proceedings become a nightmare.

My CCW instructor told us a story that happened here in KC a couple years ago.
Old couple in their 80s pull into a parking lot. Wife gets out of car and heads up to the ATM while husband stays in the car. Kid walking across parking lot sees the old woman at the ATM and decides to rob her at gunpoint. She complies but husband sees this going on and gets out of the car with the 1911 he carries in his glove box, says something unknown to the kid who turns around and starts to remove a pistol from his pants. Old man fires one shot which went right in the kids left cheek, out the right side rear of his head. Dropped him in one shot at about 5 yards.
Police show up and take statements, hauled the kid off to the hospital. This all happened in full view of the Kansas City Star newspaper building with more than a dozen witnesses. Couple got in their own car and followed the police down to the station for their statements, no charges ever filed. Obviously.
Whats the real kicker of the story? Kid was a 15 year old black kid, "A" student in School who rode the bus down to Toys-R-Us to buy a plastic hand gun which he promptly painted black. Finding the old couple in the parking lot, he had actually just stepped off the bus from North Kansas City, where he robbed a Subway sandwich shop with his fake plastic gun.
tl;dr
Kid gets shot by 80 year old man after attempting to rob his wife with a plastic gun, after robbing a fast food joint.

Would I be a bad person if I point out the obvious connection about most news stories involving crime? Maybe it's obvious because I live in Atlanta and ALL news stories have the same physical description for every crime.....well, once in awhile they sprinkle in a undercooked or spicy nugget to keep Jessie Jackson from knocking on the door.
