"Jefren Olsen, a public defender who represented Radke, said he agreed with Bradley's dissent and the majority opinion was "dead wrong."

:bowrofl:

I don't know, I think I'd pay for monkey sex before fucking a week old dead body. I mean what's more work, giving a monkey a grape or digging up a coffin? No brainer for me.

But did you see the pic? None of them are getting laid without bags on their heads.

you're missing the point, you can bribe monkey's for sex.

on a more serious note, even though I admit if someone I cared about died and someone else tried to fuck their corpse I'd be mega pissed, I still wonder; is a dead body still a person? Isn't anything that made it a person gone? When it's a skeleton is it still a person? If you cremate it is it still a person? Saying it can't give consent seems to me the same as saying a pile of compost can't give consent if you try to fuck it.

I agree. This actually opens a potential issue about what is a person and what isn't. It's similar to the "alive or not" debate that happens around abortion. Who knows what it could effect.

Yes and like women if you give them something pretty and shinny all those standards go right out the window.
