Default Recommend a small pressure washer

So, I put the porch on the house last year. It's all plastic, to avoid painting. Soot and pine droppings have made the thing a mess. I want to get a small pressure washer to clean it. Most of the smaller ones have gotten fairly poor reviews. However, knowing that most prople are as dumb as a post, I'd like a more realistic view. Past experiences and even second hand stories are welcome.

Requirements are that it be electric. High pressure is not all that important, and I dislike having yet another gas powered machine. Anyone use one of them regularly?

I have not been impressed with the electric units, but I have a 2800psi gasoline powered unit that works very well. If I was to determine that I need a small portable one then I'd probably just flip a coin and buy one. I'd probably just pick up a used one off of craigslist.
