Shipping from Canada

I ordered my flanges fron Weirtech on 4/28. Tracking shows that they were picked up and processed on that date and I understand Canadian Post never lists anything past that. It's been three weeks since. How long does it take to get something to the middle of the US?

All depends when they clear it at the border. I got mine in a week or so, tracking never updated. Be patient, it can take a while.

I hear most things take about two weeks, but it all depends on what you send.

It was shipped Canada post with a tracking number? You should be able to track it all the way. What is the last entry they show in the tracking?

3 weeks is a long time to wait, but I wouldn't get too worried yet. I'd give Canada Post a call and see what's happening. Once it clears the border it's in the hands of USPS :)

I just checked tracking again. Last entry was "item processed at postal facility" on 4/28. As I understand it, there won't be any more updates past that.

Plug the tracking number into USPS website.

Gave me the same thing - accepted in Canada 4/28. No further updates on USPS either.

Whenever I ship to Canada I use USPS Priority and it takes about a week. If Parcel post was used....probably twice as long. If its been three weeks, then maybe they used camels to ship the flanges. :eek5:

Are you sure it was processed and picked up, not just information received? I'd give them a call or contact whoever they used to ship them.

Yes,

Tracking on Canadian site shows order electronically submitted, a couple hours later item accepted at post office, a couple more hours, item processed at postal facility.

Your best bet is to call the shipping company. 3 weeks is really a long time from US to Canada. You never know, but I would say something happened along the way. Goodluck to you.
