If you're sick of dumping money in you miata, or you want a lawn decoration....go for it, because that's going to take quite a bit of time/money to make decent again.. LS1 FTW

Buy it and take the good parts (diff,trans,brakes) for the miata, and junk/part the shell/rest.

Yeah I can imagine there are plenty of good parts to put in your Miata. Easy cheap part out.
