Speech to Text Software

I record lectures from one of my classes and I was wondering if anyone knows of some software that will take the mp3 recordings and convert it to text?

I would prefer free but if it is cheap and works well I will also go with it.

1. get google voice

2. record the class by having class leave you a voice mail on your google voice number

3. ????

4. Profit.

I would like to have it in text because we can use our notes on tests and I am way to lazy to transcribe it all myself.

Or just use the Mechanical Turk.

Ran across this earlier today: enCaption - Automated Closed Captioning from ENCO Systems, Inc.

Fak, I thought i was a lazy note-taker. I used to take pictures of the white board all the time and/or record video.

Duh, all you have to do is reverse the polarity on the battery!
