to the guy asking about psi...
psi has nothing to do with how much boost your car can handle. a t28 at 10psi vs a t3/t4 at 10psi is very different. oh and the quote was to another member asking about reliability and something along the lines of safely running 7psi on a stock motor and why everyone is running like 12psi... sorry forgot the details of it... anyway my question was is the above qoute about turbo and psi true and that different size turbos are different in the same psi level? sorry for the dumb question im trying to learn more about forced induction... |

Remember boost PSI is just a measurement of resistance. If you take the same turbo on a car with better flowing intake head and exhaust will have less PSI but flow the same CFM.

Its all about flow. Which has more flow a fire hose at 10psi or a straw at 10psi?

Tom would say it's the powercard that has the most flow through it's e-cool nozzle!!! After all, it's at 42-60 PSI!
