is this turbo too small for a 1.8?
 

Pretty small, you'll need to run one off each cylinder.

it would be annoying, you'd be in boost all the time.

better suited to your weed-eater

would be better on a 1.6

why is the compressor outlet welded back on???

Weed eater/gas rc car use 2 strokes. FI on a two stroke makes less power since it just blows the mixture right out of the exhaust port.

This one might be a better fit...

speaking of cigarettes, California now requires cigarette companies to have self extinguishing cigarettes. Apparantly the chemical they use to make it do this isnt good for you so my malboro medium days are over and im switching to top rollies for my 2 - 3 times a day fix.
