y8s hadn't seen.

I'm demolishing the failshed at my house to replace it with something bigger and more glorious. please use other door.

The diagonal supports were added by me because about halfway through removing the (structural!) aluminum siding on the left side wall, the whole thing started to leeeeeean very far into my yard. Rather than permanently install the roof on my head, I decided some interim bracing was appropriate. I tore down the king studs for the former doors and nailed them on the sides at an angle. I probably should have used a different piece because, as you can see, the jackstud is, uh, hanging loose. Not that I was worried that the "header" was supporting the "ridge support" or anything...

eek.

Foundation? concrete slab, bitch! But below grade so the dirt flows in. wat.

Before, with the DEE troit lean:

I lit'rally laughed out loud, especially with the original poster's commentary.

I am not sure he is using the right tools, or the tools he has as intended...

I seriously was concerned that I might need an EPA study to tear down this habitat for wildlife.
