I like this image much more- how the fairy no longer has their hair up. With the new hairstyle it looks like a nicely plump 19 year old boy in a tinkerbell costume. Very nice.

I have a little experience with zazzle.com. Had a sweatshirt made there with an old pushead image. The initial image was fairly lo-res, and some of the edges ended up being cut off in the production process, as I went with an option to make the image as large as possible.

The end result turned out decent enough considering the initial resolution of the image. I didn't really mean for it to be seen up close anyway...and most folks simply don't know what the hell they're looking at, so no big deal.

The production process definitely looks like some sort of printing setup, certainly not screened by any stretch of the imagination. I've had this item for maybe 2-3 months, and the image is holding up passably well with washing and general wear. I can see a little fading upon further inspection, but I have no complaints. Had a coupon for this thing that basically made it $20 shipped, about what I'd expect to pay for a blank sweatshirt.

No idea on relative sizing of the Ts they use. I will say that the sweatshirt/hoodie sizing seems about par. The blank used is also a nice, comfy "Hanes Ultimate" piece as a reference.

General pricing seems...reasonable, considering the fairly low production quantities they offer.

Doubt it. We toss around lots of ideas for t-shirts but very few become reality.

Well done Joe. Order placed.

This is the best necrothread ever.

They probably haven't had an order in 3 years, but it still says 'in stock.' I wonder if/when you'll get one.

Mobius 09-05-2014 10:03 PM

I'm sure they're printed to order given the price. Even a small bulk order of say 30 would be less than 1/3 the price.

I got linked over to here from the random pictures thread and didn't notice the thread dates, sorry.

Had I known this existed, I'd have been rocking it today at MRLS

They are printed to order. Companies like Zazzle, Cafepress, etc., do not maintain stock of anything except for ink and blank base materials.
