The JDM D15B was the best D series motor. It had the best rod ratio and the best head allowing it to rev higher and make more power than any other D, and yes it had VTEC.

In the ad he says D15B7, which was not a VTEC engine, although it could be a mini-me


EDIT: nvm, i didnt see that you had put "D15B7" because of all the ******* question marks.

I don't know...I REALLY liked the D16ZC in my old 'Teg...dual overhead cams, more displacement, little more oversquare, pulled hard all the way to 8400rpm.

I mean I've never driven a Japanese Civic, but the Integra was a better platform anyways.
