Plenty of carts are just about like that anyway. This old untility cart we used at the resort I worked at was basicaly made of diamond plate externaly, about that size. If you boxed in the passenger side, cut out the seat and brace for the seat, and just generally cleaned it up, it would be just like that. Heavy bitch though, and slow as *****.

Some of those carts can really move if you have a gas motor in them. The security guys let us use theirs sometimes if we were really working. It was a little two seater with a gas engine and no limitert like the others. One of our guys got air in it, lost control on landing, hit a rock, and went right over the wheel, taking the plex windscreen with him. He sort of rode it like a sled for a few yards. It was awesome.
