went to a new DIY auto shop in town tonight
www.autobayz.com
I mounted and balanced 4 32" tires on the heepie, all in all it cost me about 58 bucks but they had to teach me to do it and being my first time I thought that was alright. I'm a little mixed on the place, it's nice, they have ASE techs on staff to help, but it's a little spendy. |

cool stuff. DIY beadblasting for $13 an hour with the minibay. You could do tons of stuff in that much time.

We have something like that on post, pretty neato. How much would they have charged if you already knew how to balance?

Especially if you jack up the whole side to get both wheels off without moving the jack that's a big time loser there. Wonder if that company is looking for charter partners or if they're willing to share information of how business is going. Concerning liability and whatnot of course.

Speaking of Jeeps i need to check the trans fluid in mine tomorrow. You know off hand if jeep manual trans take gear oil or ATF? usually you can run ATF in the winter and 75/90 in the summer. |
on the bright side the 32's look niiiiiice
they do rub a bit at lock though. |
no a standard bay is without a lift, a hoist bay is 25/hr
a lot of that is time I spent fucking around trying to figure out the equipment. |
