Default What fun! SKS with a Bloom Automatic golf ball launcher

I finally got to install my golf ball launcher the other day. I've shot the thing twice. Once way out in the mountains of WV during vacation last week and this morning at an outdoor range. Man, you should have seen the look on the other guys faces when I launch one of those suckers down range!

A quick video I took firing it at an old barn while out in the mountains:

Neither do I, dude. Some things, while interesting to look at, just defy explanation.

You can see the golf ball better in this one (better definition):

Explanation:

My grandfather shot a grenade launcher from a rifle in WWII. This is the same thing but shoots a "non-lethal" golf ball instead. The SKS rifle was designed (well, mine was - I don't think the earlier ones were) to shoot grenades and I am just letting it do its thing. <G>

There you go spoiling everything with logic and reason.

I'm somewhat familiar with the SKS. My brother-in-law the cop owns one, along with an AK-47 and a couple other commie rifles I can't name off-hand.

I've just never seen one used to launch a golf ball.

The picture, incidentally, is supposed to be real-life Lois Griffin. I'd had that link sitting around for a while, waiting for a sufficiently ludicrous this to use it as a response to.

Are you in west virginia by chance? It seems like every video I see of guns out in the woods always originates from west virginia.

There's a part of me that wants to know what process led you to finding the original image, and another part of me that does not. (And somehow, it's just not Lois w/o the button-down shirt & khakis.)

Ya, missed that. That is awesome. I have a feeling when this nation starts to revolt against the government in a big way, you are going to see very well trained militias come out of WV and Northern Idaho. lol

You need to justify why someone would photoshop that blouse back on that girl?
