Not single, going on 13years. Did I break all the rules, yes. Bike was like less them "cheap"; friend of a friend victim of the crappy economy. Could not pass it up. I'm also now banned from spending any money for the next 10-15 years Not.

that bike + the story told in your sig = nice knowin' ya.

Seriously, ride defensively, and you should be fine. I'm assuming this isn't your first bike since you said you felt the need to get into one "again." It's the newbies who have zero time on a bike who go out and buy a busa that are pretty much guaranteed an unhappy ending. lol.

As often as people get into fender benders makes me not want a bike, regardless of how defensive you might be.

yep, that's why i don't ride. I'd rather be a live cager, than a dead rider......particularly with the the retarded drivers we have around here.

There was once a really good thread on this on sport-touring.net called "bbs in your tank bag." It may have gotten deleted...but generally consensus is that this is a dumb ******* idea.

Be careful dude, that's a very fast bike. I gave up sportbikes when I turned 40 cause the way I ride (aggressive, scrape the pegs) I knew my number was coming up any time.
