AutoEXE- No listing for it on their site right now. Maybe $75?
It attaches on the front lower between the subframe and the frame rails....in the area that this OEM one currently resides...

That I can't tell you because I don't know what provisions the 91' subframe/body has.

they make them for the NA but I am not sure if the NA and NB are interchangeable I believe they are not.

I would think that they would be interchangable as the subframes are and it mounts to the subframe mounting points.

Subframes are swappable, but that doesn't mean the mounting points are on the early subframe. Though you could create mounting points if they do not exist.
