I contacted someone that can take the process of exporting a car to my home and I have found a car that seems a good deal. I'ts near boston:

Can someone be kind and check out this car for me? Just to see if it's in good shape, good interior, no rust and those thing. That would simplify the process greatly.

i dont think i've ever seen someone from boston
would it be really that much cheaper to get one imported than to pay more for a local one?

Yes there is nothing under 9000$ for a stok one with more thant 150 000KM (93750 miles). So even if I pay a full 5000$ for import this car, it's still cheaper!
