on a more serious note, even though I admit if someone I cared about died and someone else tried to **** their corpse I'd be mega pissed, I still wonder; is a dead body still a person? Isn't anything that made it a person gone? When it's a skeleton is it still a person? If you cremate it is it still a person? Saying it can't give consent seems to me the same as saying a pile of compost can't give consent if you try to **** it.
