1yr at UNC-Charlotte School of Architecture, got kicked out for having too much fun and operating an "illicit chemicals" business on the side.
Followed that with a 7+ year apprenticeship with a jeweler in Charlotte, and I've been in the jewelry biz ever since. I've had my own custom jewelry business in Colorado Springs since '99.

HS flunky, GED received, 2 years in a local tech school for AST to work in the automotive field and to get my ASE certifications. Quit a few months before I was supposed to be finished. Went back to school at a community college two more times since, once for mechanical engineering and another time for computer science to begin a career in networking/IT. No degree yet, and I work in a medical lab. I'm versed in a lot of skills, just none well enough to make a career of at the moment. Still indecisive in choosing one field to stick to. Maybe before I am 30 I will decide what I want to be when I grow up...

This is pretty interesting. Good thread. OK, here goes:
BSAE
MSAE
JD
I've done a lot of different things. Started off as a Navy F/A-18 pilot. After that, worked a bit in industrial controls, went to law school and worked in patent law for about 4 years. During my time as a lawyer, I started a company that manufactures aircraft displays (the pilot displays). That's what I am still doing. Get to do lots of flying using cutting-edge equipment, lots of engineering and a little lawyering. I also dig wrenching on cars . . . always have.
