I actually need to buy a lot of tools. I need some snap ring pliers, a impact socket set, and like a million other things. Sears is awesome, I like being able to bring shit back in there and get a replacement same day. Never even been questioned.

Delivery was included, installation was not. This thing is turning out to be quite a project. The assembly manual (which is quite thorough) is about 85 pages long, and those are standard letter-sized pages. Fortunately, it breaks everything down into relative simple sub-assemblies. In terms of parts count, it's a lot. Probably about 200 or so individual pieces of wood. The only really annoying part is that while the lumber was divided into three boxes, and the manual does tell you which box each piece is in, the individual pieces are not labeled. There is a cut-sheet that gives you both a picture and dimensions of each piece, so you have to root through the box with a measuring tape searching for exactly the right one.

I figure it'll probably take us around 2-3 full days. Today was spent prepping the site (removing an old tree stump and leveling the ground a bit) and I just started putting together the first sub-assembly, which is the rock-climbing wall pictured in the center.

Quality is ok. It's not playground-grade, but it seems reasonably sturdy. I'm assuming it was all CNC-cut, as all the dimensions seem fairly tight and the pre-drilled holes have been lining up nicely so far.

Oh, I did buy myself a regional seasons ski pass to like 20 mountains where I live in Germany... 12 days of riding already this season. Going to break 100.
