The better question is, what setup are you going to move on to?

Braineack 12-17-2010 11:40 AM

what he has now.

What brain said, I don't own what is on my car but have fallen in love with it. So that's why I ask.

$600?

That's a bid, not a suggestion.

18psi 12-17-2010 12:29 PM

What do you have on now?
Don't be a tease:D

shuiend 12-17-2010 12:38 PM

Ohh, you are borrowing it and want to buy it.

gospeed81 12-17-2010 12:42 PM

Wait...I get it.

That's at least a $1000 setup.

WonTon 12-17-2010 12:44 PM

for the combo of all? around $1000

used manifold is around 300, turbo around 500, downpipe around 300 individually, so $900 package deal sounds good giving the fact that its already on the car and the PO doesnt have to deal with parts removal!

18psi 12-17-2010 01:00 PM

who's setup is he borrowing?

Oh so the setup you've been driving around on all this time is a borrowed setup.
Now you wanna know what its worth so you can buy it from the person?
Gotcha.
I'm a little slow this morning.

18psi 12-17-2010 01:41 PM

900-1000 sounds fair.

Reverant 12-17-2010 01:42 PM

OP was hardly explaining anything and we sure ain't no CSI.

Well it's not every day that someone here asks "how much for a setup that is already on my car, although I'm not selling it, just buying it."

Just saying...

Ps. GLWB!

18psi 12-17-2010 01:53 PM

I'd give him 3 rupees and a very thorough hand job

Doppelgänger 12-17-2010 02:09 PM

I'd say $1000-$1200 if it's coming with all the details. That turbo is an easy $600...$800 if you were to sit on it (ATP sells it for $1,061 new....$1300 for a new one from FM as it is a bit different compared to a "plain" 2560R). The mani/DP goes for $750 as a set from FM...so $450-$600 depending on how much someone might want for it. Figure $150-$200 for good, proper oil and water lines with all the fittings/gaskets/oil restrictor.

Low- $1200
High- $1600

If the manifold is one of FM's newer ones, it sure as fuck makes installation a TON easier on the forwardmost upper nut. Are the turbo-to-maifold studs upgraded to 10mm? Are you getting any of the inlet/charge pipes or do you have your own already?

The turbo is from Flyin Miata. The manifold is about a year old and was very easy to install so it must be the newer design. Not sure about the studs. I have everything else.
