yes. one of my local forums is great. we very rarely have noobs that still post after a couple of days or so, and i dont think anyone has ever been banned

Yeah. We are way too lenient. I'm on at least one forum that will ban people for making some of the posts I've seen new users make on the first offense - and that's a forum that costs $10 to re-register after a ban.

Could all forums just have basic car quiz to place you into the forum or just ban you before you waste others time? I think it would be awsome!
