WTF this can't be right
I'm gonna laugh my *** off if they really ship out 20 AEM's @ 50 bucks a piece. However, I have a slight concern they will catch their mistake and not ship the units out. I can hear them now "that's odd, we normally sell one or two AEM miata ECU's a month... But we sold 42 of them yesterday after 3:30..."
I read this in the TOS and decided not to get anything from them
"Pricing
Prices shown and stock available are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any type of error, Street Beat Customs, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel said line item within the order, or the entire order. In such case, the customer will receive a credit for the cancelled amount."
So if your order is refused your stuck with a store credit. Not much **** in that store I want.
Maybe not a store credit, but thats kinda what it sounds like

You Guys...... We should have asked them to consider a group buy, especially since this half the group's buying one or more anyway.
Who knows they may have let us have them for 35 bucks a piece.... :gay: Someone should shoot them an e-mail asking when there shipment of ECU's will be in.

If it's an automated supply chain, it might just escape notice... Now if this were Miata.net some ninny would have his undies in a twist and would be calling them to alert them to the problem with the price... But that won't happen here now will it?

hell no, it better not!
Nope, they're gonna notice, even if it is automated, due to the sudden high volume of sales of a single particular item.
As far as I know, that ECU doesn't even exist. People have been offering them on Ebay forever. AEM has a part number for it but I don't think that ecu is actually in production. Good luck though to all that ordered.
See, what gets me though is the fact that the price is so off the wall random. I could see if the price was supposed to be $1499.99 and they ended up somehow putting down $499.99 or something close to the actual price, just missing some digits. But $68.94 and $49.64? Where the hell did that come from?
We'll see though...
We'll see though...
Is this true?
Has anyone actually seen any of these?
