Added a few more guns to the collection. N.R Davis and Sons 12ga SxS, 12ga H&R single shot, and a youth 20ga H&R single shot. This old guns are a blast to shoot. Trying to find some Black Powder rounds for the SxS. Currently shooting low recoil subsonic loads.

I think there's a certain type of person that carries a gun with them. You're probably 100% out of shape, cant fight for ---- and are afraid that for some reason or another something BAD could happen at any moment and YOU having a gun will keep you safe. lol

Keeping them in the house is not a bad idea at all. Even in the car I guess isn't a bad idea either. But strapped up on a daily basis? That means your a paranoid nutcase that's just looking for a reason to shoot someone.
Seriously? How old are you again, like 20? You should really take a trip out of sesame street and into the real world for a minute before spewing ignorant ---- like that out of your hole. Here, allow me to educate you on why I carry. I've been held at gunpoint by a drug addict, robbed at knifepoint by some :worthlesspos:, inside a convenience store when the clerk and one patron were shot, and attended a school where a gunman murdered people. I'll be DAMNED If I'm going to become a victim of some piece of ----, EVER. I don't fight, and not because I'm a "fat piece of ----" either, so when I do fight it's not fair. The only rules I follow are by society, not your 10th Century rules of engagement.

Am I going to kill someone for wanting to take my wallet? Probably not. Am I going to show them my gun instead of a fine Italian leather wallet with $20.00 inside it? Maybe, depends on the situation. I never carry cash and the wallet is worth more than I'd ever have on me anyway. Am I going to shoot some piece of ---- that comes inside a store and starts shooting people? Situationally dependent, bet your ***.

I had to stop in the Ghetto on my way to work the other morning, downtown Kansas City Missouri. Some thug was leaning against the building staring at me the entire time. Some Joco white boy in a 3 piece suit pumping gas all by myself at 5:30 in the morning down in da ghetto. Felt completely safe because I had my three best friends in my pocket... Gaston Glock, Horace Smith and Daniel B. Wesson.

Btw, don't even think about labeling me a racist for my comment. There is a HUGE difference between a black person and a ------, and my (black) best friend will tell you exactly that. Now I'm going to go make another Martini and watch a movie.

Meh. I've got a Kel Tec PLR-22 and its alright for plinking. I would never buy one in .223, and I'm not even close to a gun elitist.

If I was going to go a route other than AR i'd go with a saiga ak, you can get them for 299.00 right now. I honestly just want an AR though. I have a gailil (.223 ak variant basically) which is too heavy to carry.

You're right, I only carry my piece on days I plan to get robbed or killed. People are randomly robbed and killed each and every day for their cars, watches, or no reason at all.

Socialist northerners like yourself fail to realize that getting in a fight is not the end of the world and that a bar-fight does not warrant the use of deadly force if both participants consent. Let's also not forget that I can easily kill a man in a fist fight. I'm unable to draw the line because deadly force in a fist fight due to my extreme strength and grappling ability, so if someone attempts to engage me in a fist-fight, I will inform them that I do not consent and will use deadly force with my pistol if they choose to engage me further.

Can you confirm this? Honestly that's way too many drawbacks if so.
There is no forward assist or dust cover, I need neither. What do you anticipate needing these features for?

Mag release is only the bullet button if you order the CA compliant one. Mine has the typical mag release and came with a 30 round P Mag.

Oh, and for the record if the word filter didn't remove a word it's probably not a concern for Google.

You should both read the post I made AFTER the one you quoted. I was being only "partially" serious.

I'm not at all against guns for one and secondly, I do understand why people carry them. More guys down at the shop do than don't.

I just don't think anyone needs to live by the way of the gun is all, but I'm not a paranoid nutcase.

BTW, I'm 27 and had my fair share of scumbag run ins. Probably the worst I can think of was a knife to my neck. Did I have a gun to save my life? Nope. Did I die? Nope. Did the other guy? Yep. Not by me, car accident years later AKA karma.

Karma just felt bad for you because you didn't have a gun.
Srs question, what if your mom or gf was with you and got hurt b/c the bad guy was armed and you weren't?

This is my Kalashnikov Sporter rifle that I built from a flat at a build party last summer. I didn't do a good enough job cleaning the oil off so the parkerization sucks. I'm going to engrave a serial number, caliber, etc this spring then I'll spray it with Duracoat.

Here's my PSL I did earlier last year. I built this one from a pre-formed Romanian receiver. I love this rifle. Considering how bad the Mosin kicks with the same ammo this one is a pleasure to fire. Once the barrel heats up, though, the groups really open up.

Here's the latest project. It's going to be a PSG-1 clone when it's done. It's based on a CETME kit, a PTR91 flat, and a US made PSG-1 barrel.
