Oooohohohohooo. I did not want to see that and I still clicked the link. Why do I always do that? That hurt just looking at it.

I did not choose to watch, as I did this myself when in middle school....(not by lifting weights, but playing football).
Hit with helmet in elbow with arm planted on ground, bent elbow 28 degrees opposite direction and broke in two places. I know that shit hurts.....ugh!

While I'm sure that elbow dislocations suck, I've seen far worse. This is the one that still gives me the willies:
