YouTube downloader?

So I need to download a video from youtube. How do I do this and what is the easiest / best way? It also needs to be done in a way that is supported either by quicktime, or windows media player.

• Open any YouTube video

• In the video’s URL, switch out the “Y” in “Youtube” for a “3″

lol I have that auto downloader... thats how I am filling up my 1.5TB of free space... with still 500GB to spare. I still have a ways to go tho, only 3 gigs worth of video.

i have a program on my laptop that is called that and it will even convert to mp3 or most common formats post download.

firefox has an extension that will do it, and convert it to whatever you want.

I use FlashGot for firefox. Works fine...
