Sorry again about the mix up but I am sure you can understand it if bought something and it didn't you would be a little frustrated after putting it on all weekend. Also I didn't mean to tie up your paypal I guess I really didn;t understand what I was opening at first I thought it was a request for a refund and I could ship it to you and you file the insurance claim. I didn't know it would freeze up your account and piss you off so we couldn't work this out easy. I just wanted to say That I am sorry and I changed your feedback and see if you could do the same.
