did not receive the charge pipe and fmu as clearly stated in his for sale thread. Seller assumed I did not "need" them so didnt include them. I paid for the turbo kit so I expect what was listed in that thread (except the full exhaust since it was already agreed upon not shipping it). Also didn't include nuts for the turbo to manifold. Took a month to ship the kit out, at one point asked me "when I needed it by." That is irrelevant. Send it out at early as possible considering I paid you in full. Lastly, has the gaul to tell me he will send me the parts missing if I pay for extra shipping. In my eyes, I already paid the seller, he will not get any more money from me.

As stated early in the transaction and was OK'd by you, it was going to take me a few weeks to get the kit off the car. I shipped them out the day after they were off. The fact that you're lieing about that and using it to try to make me look back is very childish. As for the nuts, they were merely forgotten in the box (I didn't not include them on purpose) and they should have been there long ago since I shipped them like 3 weeks ago. They fucking standard SS nuts and the shipping cost more than what they are worth I'm sure.

As for the parts, sure they are yours... pay for shipping. It will all fit in a med flat rate box which is like $12.

If I knew it was going to take that long to get it, I wouldnt have dealt with you. You at one point asked me "when do you really need it by" or to that extent. That is irrelevant. If I was in your shoes, I'd have it shipped out no later than a week, or if I dont think I could make that deadline, I wouldnt have sold it until I had it off the car.

Well then you should have said you needed it by X date and I would have had it in your hands by then. I specifically told you I didn't know when I would have time to take it all off due to being extremely busy from work. I asked when did you need it by at the latest because I wanted to know if I had to take some time off from work to get it off or wait until the weekend.

You paid shit all for shipping. I included it with the $1300 I was asking for the kit. Shipping cost $90. So did you want to pay me the extra $90 I forked out? If you do I'll be MORE than willing to ship the other stuff out.

If I'm offering you $1300 shipped, I'm including the shipping the price of the kit. Otherwise if I was local, I'd offer $1200 picked up because that would have probably been my offer.

And if I knew you werent going to send the fpr and charge pipe, then I probably would have taken off another $50-100 from the offer depending on what their worth is.

They're not worth anything. It's an old beat oxidized up RRFPR and a 4'' long piece of plastic. I've already said you can have them.
