I know this is a bit late but I was out of the country for a month. My neutral rating is rather generous. You stated the hood was "packed like a tank" when telling me grey hound would be fine, when I recieved it from the shipper it was literally (and yes I mean literally) falling out of the "box". It's been stored in that "box" since I received it, until yesterday, when I went to install it and discovered it is damaged in more places than you said (a significant structural crack through one of the washer nozzle holes, as well as chipping that wasn't pictured).
And you didn't include the rain covers for the vents. The ones I specifically asked if you had and would include (you said you had them and they would be included).
