I sold him a turbo kit which was packaged by the UPS store, then damaged in transit, and instead of filing a complaint through them, he only complained to me. I instructed him several times that UPS has insurance for reasons such and that i had purchased enough insurance to cover his purchase price. I then offered to send him some parts for free just to help him out, and he complained that i was taking too long. He is very immature.
