Dang, Mooresville is close but the 17th is my daughter's bday. Poor scheduling guys...

shuiend 10-10-2015 12:08 PM

I'll be there. Reserved my hotel room a couple weeks ago.

I'm at the Holiday Inn in Mooreseville. Where's the diy crew staying at Ben?

Ben 10-10-2015 02:45 PM

Holiday Inn

Sounds like we should pack the 2-stroke blender.

How many people do you expect to attend Ben?

aidandj 10-10-2015 05:47 PM

Looking forward to the videos. They are very informational.

I wasn't the organizer this year, so I don't know.

The past years that I organized was ~150.

Work will be there the next day.

I am hoping that I can get some help tuning closed loop idle, and vvt pid tuning while I am up.

Yeah that sounds easy enough but I'm the only RN scheduled to work on my unit that day and it would put them in a tough position. I'm also on 2 year probation and it's just not worth the risk.

Tempting...very tempting. It's a 4 hr drive from ATL.

I've been working w/ CL Idle and EAE for about 3 weeks now (trying to get the initial values table right for colder temps is a b**ch when you only get one shot a day in the mornings). I've finally got something that seems to be working better (not perfect, just better).

I have room on my hotel floor. I can bring an air mattress up for you to crash on if you want to.

I haven't decided yet whether I'm going to the USC game or not. I may show up.

I would love to make this. How absolute noob friendly is the meet? Like I'll be running veal analyze the whole drive noob. May have an old friend to stay with not to far away. I do have an air bed for floor offers. I have whiskey and will travel.

Everyone I have ever met at megameets have been extremely friendly and helpful. Some of the talks might be slightly above what you understand, but overall they are good times. If you can make it out, I would highly suggest it.

Oh man, if I had known about this before I scheduled my train tickets. I'm actually going to be in the area on Saturday and Sunday. :(

Have fun guys.

The MegaMeet was a good time. Learned a lot about a whole lot of things. Looking forward to the new Wideband controller B&G is working on. Will be a bit more expensive then the MXT-L and AEM, but will be leaps and bounds better.

They were recording all the presentations, so hopefully they get them posted online shortly so everyone can go back and watch them.
