Calling All Washington D.c. People!!!

Hey, anyone in the washington d.c. area, I am going there for a week, leaving around 10 am, and will be there in the evening. This evening, or anytime in the next week, I would love for you to stop on by where I am staying so I can see your turbo miata and talk car with you for a while. I have most of the stuff for my setup at home, but am very interested in talking to a real live turbo miata owner! *giggles like school girl* :giggle: Excited to be in the area because I know a handful of you live around here. Post here, or message me or whatever so we can setup a time and place to meet! :) And no, I won't entice you with beer, I am only 18, sorry

I am staying near Anacostia, if anyone is in the area and free, give me a call on my friend's cell: 330-612-6908. Hope to hear from someone so I can meet with them sometime this week!

where i used to live on capitol hill was a "nice area". only heard gunshots a few times a month. anacostia is not a nice area. but what can ya do.

I hope you have good insurance....I try to avoid that area at all costs. Always have to do a u-turn in it to get from 201 to 295 south....not freakin fun.

This thread cracks me up.

hackerchris, if you want to take the metro to a part of D.C. that's umm, a little more friendly, let me know. I can drive in if you want to check my car out. I work right off of the Metro Center metro station.

Please tell me thats a joke? Your coming from Ohio to stay in SE DC? Good lord, wear a vest. Either way, most of us are right off the metro if you want a ride. Also, we are having a dyno day on Saturday.

I go here every year for a week for a missions trip. It's the worst area yes, but the kids here definitely need help. I don't wear a vest lol, more money that could go to the car. pschmidt, I will take you up on your offer. Give me a call sometime tomorrow so we can work out a time. I never managed to get a bullet hole in myself yet, so it's all good. ;)
