the gearing only affects the rpm scale of the plot, not the output.

remember last year when he setup the dyno for your 5th gear, then ran it in 4th and you made 200rwhp at like 3K? Without any changes and just running it in 5th, you made the same power, just at the correct rpm.

Yes. This can produce interesting dyno graphs.

BTW lars since you were precockupied with the twilight zone or whatever the fuck it was you were watching last night:

don't critically examine your spool data from dyno logs. depending on how the car is loaded, you will spool sooner or later. To examine spool, it's best to just have a street you can drive on over and over again while logging. If it has an incline, make sure you log the same direction (uphill or downhill only). Assuming constant temp/humidty, the street will always be the same.
