So Cal track recommendation for novice

Hi all,
I'm looking to take the car to one of the SoCal tracks and wanted to see if anyone one of them is better as far as surface, safety, fun factor than the others. Specifically looking at the three below, even thought the closest is ACS Roval, but from what I've heard it's not as fun in a stock power Miata with no aero.
I've done several MRLS events in the past at around 2:04 in my previous car (a street car with light mods)
- Chuckwalla
- Willowsprings
- Streets of Willow

Car is stock power NB2 with 245 Rival S and -2.5 to -3 camber, Koni coilovers with 375/250 springs, RB fat front bar.

Any recommendations?

Chuckwalla has a smoother surface and ten times the runoff safety of other tracks.
Buttonwillow would probably follow, similar number of walls, but bumpier runoff.
Streets is slower speed, but runoff is sketchy.
ACS is just plain boring as an HPDE venue.

If you are open to buttonwillow, there isn't much to hit when you go off track. I've also dragged my dad to their performance driving clinic they have a few times a year which is a pretty good mix of handholding and hpde.

Well, Buttonwillow is an option, just an hour longer drive.
