South Florida---I want a test drive!!!

Hey guys, got a set of Bilsteins on the shelf and before I go matching them up with some GC's I wanted to see if these were as harsh as what people make them out to be...So if anyone is willing to, I'd like to test yours out...could be a simple ride along, just something to get a gauge for what level "harsh" they are...

Anyone in South FL running Bilstein's? Preferably with stiffer springs, but stock would be fine as well..

TIA

I'll be in jax until the 24th with my GC 700/325 on Bilsteins, but that's not exactly south FL.

Yea appreciate the offer, but I'm in Miami...
Send me a PM with your best honest description of ur ride harshness, if u can...

I dunno why it'd need to be private, but I'll tell you anyway. :)

It's not nearly as bad as you'd think. The car has zero roll (Eibach sways too) and now that the FCM tops and stops are in I rarely ever hit the bumpstops. Other people think it's too harsh, but they drive SUVs and minivans and Cadillacs so of course they think it's harsh..

Just not to clutter the thread...but this actually great feedback, and I appreciate it!

Would love to hear more, or mayyyybe someone jumps in for the testdrive...

If I end up just going for it, and they turn out fine, I'm gonna start another thread ranting bout everyone's a pussy..
If it goes the other way, I'll start a for sale thread bout how I'm an idiot..

Koto, I just thought of a BIG thing you can help me with....

Can you tell me how far past the retaining clip (forget what correct name is) the GC sleeves go?
This would be a big...might have another question or two depending on the answer

IIRC about 3 cm, I'll check when I jack the car up sometime in the next week, gotta roll the fenders b/c the new tires are wreaking havoc on the RF.
