Default TX2K11 - 1300-1500hp TT Lambo's, 300hp Busa, 1100hp Viper 1200hp Supra

This is from one of the locals here in Lincoln who owns 1320 Video. Pretty insane roll race footage.

First of all, I'd like to say, once again (I keep saying this) that this was THE CRAZIEST **** I've ever witnessed! I don't think I'll ever get a ride along in a car as insane as the green 1500+hp TT Gallardo! Then to jump in with to a 700hp Viper and think that it was slow as ****! hahah

~210MPH pulls in the Lambo & then ~180MPH pulls in the Viper... god damn.

Races in this video:
-- 1550hp TT Gallardo vs 300hp Busa (x2)
-- 1300hp Superleggera vs 1500hp TT Gallardo
-- 700hp S/C Viper vs 1300hp Superleggera (haha!)
-- 1100hp TT Viper vs Busa N/A
-- 1100hp TT Viper vs 1200hp Supra

That was only about 1/2 the races from Thursday, f'ing crazy! hahah

You can find all the photo highlights on my site from the event as well - http://www.1320video.com

TX2K11 - 1300 - 1500hp TT Lambo's vs 300hp Busa 1100hp TT Viper vs 1200ho Supra

Enjoy,
Kyle

Incredibly impressive, but a little lame. 60-180 in 3 seconds, then stop and talk about it for 10 minutes.

Again though, incredibly impressive.

So freaking crazy....I would love to be able to just ride shotgun anyone of those cars. I would need like 850+ whp to hang with these guys.

That is insane. The cars are insane. The speeds are insane.

I know not many here appreciate/like what these guys do, but I think its absolutley badass. A friend of mine has been building a 2jz supra and plans to take it out there next year hopefully.

He's shooting for 600-700whp so he will probably get dusted by every single car there. LOL

There is a black Gallardo around here with the UR turbo setup, IIRC it's like 1300awhp. I was at a meet one night and a buddy of mine with a turbo M3 wanted to race it. The problem was, his M3 was only making 630rwhp on race gas. Don't think the race ever went down, but the poor bastard really thought he would have a chance.

High speed runs like this was my thing when I had the FD years ago. I love watching videos like this.

That guy's a dumbass for at least two reasons. If you look at the car at ~1:40 the rear of the car is more squat than the front. This = less downforce both front and rear. Additionally, taking a car whose body is an aerodynamic compromise at best (to get in and out of grocery store parking lots) and pushing it to 240mph with **no aero** is a bonehead move. Worse still, trying to go 240mph with no cage? Moronic. If you study the aftermath pics it looks like the car is on stock shocks and swaybar, so it is also probably on stock springs. The front tires looked stockish as well. I would have opted for something a bit grippier than all-season radials.

Very lucky it just rolled once and got back on it's wheels. Could have easily dug in and tumbled for an 1/4 of a mile.

/\ Totally agreed on above posts. We take risks, not chances. I was pretty surprised to see what little "safeties" were implemented for those passes.
