Looks like you were getting it down in the vid. I was hearing throttle shortly after turn in and nice progressive rise- did a good job of loading up the rears while keeping traction. Good drive.

I just did a bunch of searching trying to find build details for this car with no luck. Can anybody point me to the appropriate thread with a rundown of drivetrain/suspension setup?

Thanks

Tim

I have 6-solid events on my set-up, 5-with the Absurdflow kit and only one problem with the CHRA coming loose. We're all in the clear if we stay conservative with are painfully shitty CAS sensor. We need to do the crank trigger mod though.

How many events do you think you would do in a year, ideally? 6 solid events = how many months?

me or him?

If the weather would act right I'd do one or two events per month. I have 7 "events" with TXMC and "Miatas at Hallett" planned and at least 4-6 "member days" at MSR, at least another 2-days at ECR planned, and that should do me for the year. Lets say 14 on the year. It looks like the kinks are worked out so now I'm logging seat time, not wrench time.

I did 60-hours of seat time in one year alone before the turbo.

For reliability its
ABSURDflow 5-1 (CHRA death which is my fault for not wiring from the start)
"other" 0-1

I want to know what all of you think a typical season consists of. You may have the most hours on one of my manifolds, not sure how many Sav has. I don't know how many track hours/miles it would take until I would feel comfortable saying the design & fab work is ok. I don't think 6 hours is much at all. It'd be nice if you all got through one season without any issues. How many hours is one event?

I have 7 days on the manifold, excluding the Sunday of RTA when I blew the motor up. I'd estimate ~25-30 20 minute sessions. Since our last revisions, Tim, I've put ~15 sessions on it with zero issues.

I have 14-hours on your parts. 2-of those I ran were more than 2-hours. I will log another 4-hours next saturday.

I think you'll be fine, the old cast manifold lasted 4-laps, lol.

That's good to know. If yours is still together with your WOT 6th gear bouncing off the rev limiter on the entire banking for 18seconds trying to keep up with the ferrari runs, with the patches after the EWG vibrated off, it's good sign.
