Stupid fluttering surge sounds are a bad thing. They are not necessary. I have never seen any evidence of damage from compressor surge (which is just scary name for compressor stall). I have a very small bypass valve on my car which is just enough to prevent the turkey gobble sound. If it wasnt a daily driver I would take it off. |
I've always enjoyed these guys. Haha. I particularly like their weight reduction segment from a year or so ago.

FAIL yes, but ya know though... there's so much cheasy BS crap being bought off the shelves from advance auto and the sort... this would be one of them and someone could make a crap load of money. But I ain't putting my name on it... this is just about as bad as the V8 sound module played through the speakers...
