Oh hi there .

Could you do me a favor really quick? Head on over to the meet and greet section of our forum and make an intro thread. Not only will it avoid harassment by other members, but maybe you'll get some appreciative comments about your car.

Thanks.

Oh, and one more thing. If you spam your way to 10 posts and immediately create a for sale thread, I will **** in your eyeballs.

Jeff

This is now a "sweet car noises" thread, apparently.

Lots of gross unreliability in this thread.

You too?

I picked one up three weeks ago and I'm still on the first tank of fuel at 502 miles.

As soon as someone comes up with a DPF delete this thing is getting a straight pipe and reflash.

Forgot about this...

Mine is White/Black Manual with Roof and Nav.

The DPF is the Diesel particulate filter, sort of like a filter for the exhaust. It collects the particulate produced by the motor and burns it off at certain intervals. The domestic truck guys have been removing them and seeing a +10% increase in economy and a nice bump in power output.

O RLY?

I'm guessing as long as it's in warranty they'll be looking for it at service.

Hey Jeff,

Can you do me a favor really quick?

Become a mod, or stfu and stop telling people what to do.
