Gotta be older than that. I swear I saw this on YouTube like 2-3 years ago after I got my Miata.

i have only had my car for bout a year and a half now..........besides thinking bout and seeing V8 swaps.....i have known about this motor for a long time now....and gears in my head started turning bout 6 months ago about swapping this motor into my car.

i wanted to get ahold of the motor and start playing with transmissions to mate to the engine, but this answered it for me!

I still have the issue of ForeverMX5 with the original write-up of this car.Probably the only cool thing in that magazine, lol. I think it's pretty ******* sick and possibly a perfect autocross miata.

Plus it sounds oohhhhh sooo sexy

I'd rather a 350z powered one.

Just a pic from the website. And as to where it goes when done... not a clue .

I've never been able to get any extra info out of Corkey through PMs... but then again, I'm not really a customer and I can understand being busy at the shop.

Will be nice to have a 350z miata out there though... even if Bell isn't the first (assuming no progress since last updates).

That won't just be a VQ35 Miata, it will be a TURBO VQ35 Miata.

Corky must have been the one to tell me the owner shipped it in from Hawaii. I'm sure that thing will be a blast on the roads there.

I would love to see the 1st gen SHO V6 in there. Nice broad power band and tons of top end. Plus the intake setup looks weird/awesome on those.
